Title: Perfect stay, had it all!

I had the pleasure of staying at a fabulous apartment with a seating area, dining area, and a kitchen complete with an oven and microwave. The flat-screen TV and CD player were a nice touch too. Free wifi and everything I needed were conveniently nearby.

Oh, how I loved the constant noise throughout the night. Who needs sleep, right?

The location was insane, just a 2-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais. We were right in the heart of all the action and it made our vacation lit! The apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed. We were able to hang out with our friends, chill, and plan our next party. It was the perfect spot for a group of young party-goers like us.

The only thing we would've asked for is a cooler rooftop terrace where we could throw awesome parties and enjoy the vibes of Nice even more. Other than that, our stay was straight fire and we had the time of our lives!

The Nice Studio Old Town Sea Side was a total gem! I loved how cozy the room felt, with its comfy seating area and the satellite TV for a much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring. The washing machine was a game-changer, helping me keep my clothes clean and fresh throughout my stay. And the private bathroom? It had a fantastic shower and a hairdryer, making me feel like I was getting the VIP treatment every time I got ready. As a budget traveler, this studio ticked all the boxes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice.

The only thing I liked less about the studio was that the TV channels were limited, but hey, that's just my personal preference. Others might still find entertainment in the available channels.

We got amazing value for our money at Studio Old Town Sea Side. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the beach and right in the heart of the action in the old town. The staff, David and Emma, were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even gave us a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift. Highly recommend this place!

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with elegant furniture and beautiful artwork that added a touch of sophistication. The general areas were well-maintained and always clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no steep stairs to climb, and the hallways were wide enough for me to easily maneuver with my walker.

If I had to ask for one thing to improve the vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have the staff provide more assistance with luggage and heavy bags. Sometimes, it can be challenging for us to manage all our belongings, and a helping hand would go a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the studio is absolutely perfect, being within walking distance to restaurants, tourist sites, and the beach. the hosts, David and Emma, are extremely helpful and welcoming. the studio itself is spacious enough for 2-3 adults and is equipped with all the necessary amenities such as fast Wi-Fi, hot water in the clean bathroom, and a washer with detergent. the large windows and high ceilings provide a beautiful atmosphere, and the small book and DVD collection add a nice touch.

Please note that the neighbors can be a bit noisy at times, especially in the early mornings and evenings.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The location is super perfect, right in the heart of the old town. You are spoiled for choice with amazing walks, eateries, and shopping just a short walk away. And oh my, the beach is incredibly close for swimming, which is jaw-dropping! The hosts, David and Emma, are the best! They make you feel at home and even gave us a bottle of champagne as a welcome gift. The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need, like a washing machine! The small touches like a jar of lollies on the table make it even more enjoyable. David and Emma went above and beyond by arranging transportation to the airport, taking the hassle out of everything for us. I can't recommend this place enough, it's a solid twenty out of ten!
